EUROBAT is thrilled to announce the upcoming webinar on “Battery Solutions for Energy Storage (BESS): Why a resilient and competitive battery industry is essential for EU energy security and decarbonisation” that is set to take place on September 20th at 15:00-16:30 (CEST).

The importance of energy storage has never been more pronounced in Europe's journey towards carbon-neutrality. The European Commission's ambitious energy storage targets aim to achieve around 200GW of storage capacity by 2030 and 600GW by 2050. However, recent studies commissioned by the European Battery Alliance (EBA), have highlighted the potential need to surpass 1TWh of stationary energy storage installations within the energy system, in order to accomplish the goals.‎
