On 21-22 May, FREE4LIB partners met in Valladolid, Spain for the kick-off meeting of the project
The meeting was hosted by CARTIF, the coordinating organisation of the project, in their headquarters.
Great hosting and Spanish sun were a nice addition to the enthusiasm of the partners to meet for the first time and get to know each other.
FREE4LIB is a Horizon Europe project coordinated funded by the European Commission under the call “HORIZON-CL5-2021-D2-01-06 - Sustainable, safe and efficient recycling processes (Batteries Partnership)”.
The two-days meeting allowed for each partner to present their company/research institution as well as their role in the project. The WP leaders also presented the work to come and a list of deliverables for the first few months of the project.
